Only stays booked under qualifying rate types are eligible for Heritage Rewards benefits. Qualifying rates exclude bookings made through third-party websites (such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com), opaque rates, contracted wholesaler packages, and negotiated group rates unless otherwise stated.

Members receive exclusive direct-booking benefits such as preferred room availability, discounted parking, and other personalized touches.
