Set within our historic 1896 manor overlooking Victoria's Inner Harbour, the Pendray Inn and Tea House offers a setting that makes Sunday dinner feel a little more special. At the heart of the experience is a beautifully prepared Prime Rib Roast Beef, served with Caramelized Shallot & Red Wine Jus, golden Duchess Potato, traditional Yorkshire Pudding, and Glazed Carrots.
It is a plate inspired by the classics — generous, comforting, and made to be enjoyed slowly.
A Sweet Finish
To finish, enjoy our Pendray Heritage Trifle, layered with delicate sponge, seasonal fruit, and lavender cream.
