To qualify, bookings must be made directly through our official website, by phone, or by email. Reservations made through third-party travel websites (such as Expedia, Booking.com, or Hotels.com) are not eligible.

Yes. Heritage Rewards membership is valid at both Huntingdon Hotel and Suites & Pendray Inn and Tea House. Member recognition carries across both properties.

No. Heritage Rewards is not a points-based program. Instead, we focus on personalized hospitality, meaningful gestures, and direct booking perks.

No. Heritage Rewards is designed to personalize your experience, so membership cannot be transferred or shared with another guest.

No. Guests who were previously part of our Guest Rewards Program have been automatically enrolled in Heritage Rewards unless they chose to opt out.

Yes. Heritage Rewards benefits may be combined with select direct booking promotions, such as seasonal offers or resident rates, unless otherwise stated in the offer details. However, Heritage Rewards cannot be combined with third-party promotions, group rates or external discounts.

Unfortunately, reservations made through third-party websites, online reservations systems—or tour operators where a hotel is chosen for you—are not eligible for our Guest Rewards Program.
